E. Genre, La teologia pastorale alla ricerca di nuovi equilibri e di nuovi paradigmi: tra ars vivendi e ars moriendi

I concetti di ars vivendi e ars moriendi sono qui assunti come riferimenti strutturanti per un discorso di teologia pastorale. Sollecitata sia dalle discipline umane sia da un confronto critico con la propria tradizione teologica, la teologia pastorale si trova oggi più occupata dai problemi dell’ars moriendi (bioetica) che dell’ars vivendi (pastorale giovanile). Un riequilibrio è oggi proposto dalla teologia pastorale nordamericana che avanza l’idea di una «teologia pubblica» capace di essere realmente al servizio dei cittadini. Accogliendo questa prospettiva, l’A. si domanda se e come questa ipotesi possa essere ecumenicamente praticata in Italia, nel pieno rispetto della laicità dello Stato.

E. Genre, Pastoral Theology in Quest of new Equilibriums and new Paradigmas; between Ars Vivendi and Ars Moriendi

The concepts of ars vivendi and ars moriendi are used here as framing references for an argument of pastoral theology. Urged both by humane disciplines and by a critical confrontation with its own theological tradition, pastoral theology today is engaged more with the problems of ars moriendi (bioethics) than with ars vivendi (pastoral theology for the young). A new balance is offered to- day by North American pastoral theology which propounds the idea of an “public theology” capable of being genuinely at the service of citizens. Welcoming this perspective, the Author wonders if and how this hypothesis might be ecumenically put into practice in Italy, in the full respect of a lay state.

S. Mancini, Eberhard Jüngel: l’esperienza con l’esperienza

Nello studio sono analizzate alcune intersezioni tra filosofia e teologia presenti in dio, mistero del mondo (in particolare di carattere gnoseologico: non viene dunque trattata la problematica di Dio come «più che necessario»). Per prima cosa si enuclea la convergenza dell’elaborazione teologica di Jüngel. con la costellazione fenomenologico-ermeneutica, con riferimento in particolare a Husserl, Heidegger e Merleau-Ponty; essa si realizza nel porre come cooriginari la percezione, il linguaggio e il pensiero. Il prosieguo dell’indagine mostra come «l’esperienza dell’esperienza» porti a evidenza che l’incontro con la parola di Dio può essere pensata come mistero, se non si riduca questo all’ordinarietà dell’enigma e se ne colga l’originarietà insieme alla dimensione di intelligibilità. Così inteso, il mistero è colto e dispiegato dal dispositivo teorico costituito dalla analogia fidei, mediante la quale si dispiega come il salvifico mysterium trinitatis.

S. Mancini, Eberhard Jüngel: Experience with Experience

This study analyses some intersections between philosophy and theology which are found in God as the Mystery of the World (in particular gnoseological intersections: therefore the problems of God as «more than necessary» are not treated). First of all, the convergence of Jungel’s theological elaboration with the phenomenological-hermeneutical constellation, with particular reference to Husserl, Heidegger and Merleau-Ponty, is explained; this is achieved by the assumption that perception, language and thought originate together. The study then continues, showing how «the experience of experience» highlights that the en- counter with God’s word can be considered as a mystery, if this is not reduced to something as ordinary as an enigma, and the originality, together with the dimension of intelligibility, are grasped together. Thus understood, mystery is gra- sped and unfolded by the theoretical instrument of analogia fidei, through which it is unfolded like the redeeming mysterium trinitatis.

S. Rostagno, significato della dottrina della giustificazione

Rostagno legge la Libertà del cristiano di Lutero alla luce dei controversi temi occidentali della identità e della alterità, adattando a essi la terminologia luterana di fides e caritas. La condizione del cristiano è rispecchiata da due termini antitetici, chiaramente distinti seppur legati fra loro, libertà e relazione. Contro la figurazione convenzionale di Lutero come «frate ribelle», l’articolo sottolinea la portata filosofica e la possibile attualità del suo paradossale insegna- mento sulla giustificazione.

S. Rostagno, The Meaning of the doctrine of Justification

Rostagno reads Luther’s on the Freedom of a Christian in the light of the controversial themes of the western civilization: identity and otherness, adapting to them the Lutheran terms fides and caritas. The condition of a Christian is mirrored by two antithetical terms, clearly distinct and yet tied to each other – freedom and relationship. Against the conventional representation of Luther as a “rebel friar”, the article underlines the philosophical significance and possible relevance to the present day of his paradoxical teaching on justification.
